My husband's birthday was January 3, and I 'kidnapped' him on January 1st and took him to the Artesia House Bed & Breakfast! Though we were long overdue for an overnight stay at this fine establishment, it was well worth the wait! Tucked away not too far from Los Angeles but just far enough NOT TO BE in Los Angeles, this quaint home was the perfect gift. The house was clean and well-kept. Our room was beautiful with an extremely comfortable bed. (We even asked what kind of mattress it was.) Our breakfast the next morning was just was we ordered and served with a smile! We will definitely be returning. We recommend the Artesia House Bed and Breakfast to all of our friends!
