Did you know Pomona, CA is...

Location and Transportation

The gateway to the West Coast, Pomona not only offers direct access to five major Southern California freeways — Interstates 10 and 210, and the 57, 60 and 71 Freeways — it’s also strategically located on the eastern edge of Los Angeles County.

Here Pomona links two major population centers, the booming Inland Empire and the prosperous San Gabriel Valley. And it’s at the junction of four counties: Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, and San Bernardino.

In addition to our freeway access, we’re the only City in the area with two Metrolink stations. MTA, Foothill Transit, Greyhound, Trailways, Valley Connection, and Get About provide bus service to and from Pomona. We also offer access to the three national railroad lines that cross Pomona: the Southern Pacific, Santa Fe, and Union Pacific. The Ports of Long Beach and Los Angeles are two of the largest and busiest ports in the world and are located within an hour of Pomona.

FOR AIR TRAVEL, WE’RE JUST:
• 15 minutes from Ontario International
• An hour from either John Wayne or LAX
• Next door to Brackett Field, serving aviation-related businesses and small-aircraft needs.
